What this is

Never Miss a Lead is a text-back service that DigiTechne runs for vehicle dealerships. When you call a dealership that uses it and no one is able to pick up, we follow up by text so you can keep the conversation going and reach someone on their team.

How you opt in

You opt in by calling the dealership.When you call a participating dealership’s published number and the call goes unanswered, you are agreeing to get a text back about what you called for. We only text people who called in first. We do not send marketing texts, and we never message a number that came from a list, a purchase, or anyone other than the caller.

What you will get

The texts are part of the conversation you started: answering your questions, letting you know what is generally available, helping set up a visit, and handing you off to a person at the dealership. It is not advertising, and you will not get promotional offers through it.

How often

There is no set schedule. We text back when you reach out and reply as the conversation goes, so how many messages you get depends on how much back-and-forth there is.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.

Stopping messages

Text STOPat any time and we will stop. You will get one message confirming it, and that is the last you will hear from that dealership’s number unless you contact them again.

Your privacy

Your opt-in and consent are never handed to anyone else for their own marketing, and we do not sell your information. Our Privacy Policy has the details, and our Terms of Service cover the rest.
