This policy covers how DigiTechne handles information for Never Miss a Lead, the text-back service we run for vehicle dealerships. In it, “we” and “us” mean DigiTechne.
What we collect
- Your phone number and call details when you call a participating dealership, including the number you called and the fact that the call was not answered.
- The messages you send and receive in the text conversation.
- Whatever you choose to share in that conversation, such as the vehicle you are interested in and how you would like to be reached.
How we use it
- To text you back about the inquiry you started and keep that conversation going.
- To connect you with the dealership you called, and pass your conversation to them.
- To run, secure, and improve the service.
- To meet legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Your mobile opt-in information
No mobile information, including your phone number and your SMS opt-in and consent, is shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with the providers that help us deliver the texts you asked for, and only for that purpose. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are left out of every other kind of data sharing and are not passed to any third party for their own use.
Who we share with
- The dealership you called. Your conversation goes to that dealership so its team can help you. Each dealership sees only its own conversations.
- Service providers under contract, including Twilio to deliver the messages and Anthropic to help draft replies. They may use the information only to provide their service to us.
- Anyone the law requires, or where it is needed to protect people, the dealerships, or DigiTechne.
We do not sell your personal information,and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep conversation and account information for as long as we need it to run the service and meet business and legal requirements, then delete or de-identify it.
Your choices
You can stop the texts any time by replying STOP. To ask for a copy of your information or have it deleted, email [email protected].
Children
The service is meant for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above.
