These terms govern your use of Never Miss a Lead, the text-back service DigiTechne runs for vehicle dealerships. By calling a participating dealership and continuing the text conversation, you agree to them.

The service

When you call a participating dealership and the call is not answered, we text you so you can continue your inquiry and reach the dealership’s team. Replies may be drafted with automated tools and are sent on behalf of the dealership you called.

Text messaging

• By continuing the conversation, you agree to receive texts as described in our SMS Messaging & Consent page.
• Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

Acceptable use

Use the service only for lawful purposes. Do not send unlawful, abusive, or harassing content, and do not interfere with how the service runs.

Confirm details with the dealership

Because replies may be generated with automated tools, they can be wrong. Vehicle availability, pricing, financing, and similar details are not final until the dealership confirms them directly. Nothing sent through the service is an offer, a contract, or legal or financial advice.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, DigiTechne and the participating dealerships are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that come from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above, and continuing to use the service means you accept the update.
